prevent crime thus enhancing the quality of life for all the citizens of Tuscaloosa County .

Our mission is to:

Provide quality law enforcement, custodial and court related services to all persons within Tuscaloosa County and to perform all duties mandated us by the Constitution of the United States of America, the state of Alabama and the Code of Alabama . This office will fulfill its mission in a compassionate, patient, and courteous manner with integrity, honesty, and loyalty to ourselves and the citizens we serve.
